jilbay implements a Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification process. You may be required to submit government-issued identification (such as a Philippine passport, driver's license, or SSS/UMID card) and proof of address before withdrawals are processed. KYC verification is a one-time process; once completed, you will not be required to re-submit documents unless jilbay has reasonable grounds to request updated verification.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify jilbay immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account. jilbay will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account where you have failed to maintain the security of your credentials.
All financial transactions on jilbay are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). jilbay does not accept foreign currencies, and no currency conversion is applied to your account balance.
Accepted deposit methods include: GCash, PayMaya / Maya, and bank transfers via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit cards (Visa and Mastercard) are also accepted. The following are expressly prohibited and will not be accepted under any circumstances:
Deposits are generally credited to your jilbay wallet instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. jilbay is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. Once verified, withdrawals are processed within the timeframes specified in our FAQ. jilbay reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will only be made to payment methods previously used for deposits by the same account holder, in accordance with anti-money laundering requirements.
Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within your account dashboard. These limits may be adjusted by jilbay at any time with reasonable notice.

If a game is interrupted due to a technical failure before completion, jilbay will endeavor to resolve the round based on the game state at the time of interruption. jilbay's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jilbay account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude jilbay's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
jilbay collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
jilbay implements industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption, to protect your personal and financial data. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and jilbay cannot guarantee absolute security.
jilbay will not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for their own marketing purposes without your explicit consent, except as required by law or as necessary to provide the Platform's services (such as sharing data with payment processors for transaction verification).
jilbay reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of any dispute between you and jilbay, you agree to first contact our support team at [email protected] to seek an informal resolution. jilbay will endeavour to resolve all disputes within fourteen (14) business days of receiving written notice.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Nothing in this clause shall prevent jilbay from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property or confidential information.
